How does the wallet system work?

When you purchase a product, the same amount is credited to your wallet. You can withdraw this balance to your bank account after completing KYC verification. A 15% service charge applies to withdrawals.

What is KYC and why is it required?

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a verification process required for withdrawals. You need to submit your Aadhaar, PAN, and bank details. This is a one-time process and helps us comply with financial regulations.
