Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once you have gained access to the purchased course or downloadable content, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. We encourage you to review course details and demo content before making a purchase.

Exceptions

• If you have not accessed/downloaded the course/content and contact us within 24 hours of purchase, we may review your request at our sole discretion.
• Duplicate purchases (accidentally buying the same course twice) may be eligible for a refund of the duplicate transaction.
• In very rare cases of technical failure on our platform, please contact support for review.

If you face any technical problems accessing your course or download, please contact our support team. We will do our best to resolve your issue quickly, but this does not guarantee a refund.
